The Business Coaches Training Academy is focused solely on providing advanced coaching skills, techniques, information, and tools specific to the business environment. That’s all we do. We don’t provide foundational coaching skill training – there are many excellent schools that provide that level of training. Instead, we work with coaches who are ready to build upon their foundational training with specific knowledge, frameworks, tools and techniques that can be powerfully applied in today’s fast-paced business environments.
Because we’re building upon your existing foundational skills, our comprehensive courses are relatively short (10 weeks of live courses), focused and extremely practical.
We offer two advanced coaching curriculums, each with a blend of live teleclasses and online, self-paced learning modules.
Small and mid-sized businesses (SMB) are the “heart” of our societies – spurring economic growth. Because of this, SMB coaching is a growing niche! As a Business Coach, you can have a direct impact on a business and be a trusted thought partner in an invigorating environment.
Life in an SMB is fast-paced, challenging and very fluid. Every day is different. And each employee – from the executives to individual contributors – typically wears many hats and juggles multiple responsibilities, usually across functional lines.
The Business Coaching Jumpstart provides you with the terminology, information, coaching tools and techniques that you’ll need to be an effective and confident Business Coach. Click here to read more about the curriculum.
The next Business Coaching Jumpstart will start on 9am – 11am Pacific, Monday, April 11, 2016. Click here to read more about the course.
A first in the industry – a program focused solely on nonprofit coaching! If the SMB sector is the “heart” of a society, then nonprofit sector is its “soul” – tending to its emotional, spiritual, artistic and intellectual health.
Nonprofits have a different way of approaching their work. Since they are mission-driven (rather than profit-driven), there are distinct ways of decision making, prioritizing, measuring success and working with others. And since most nonprofits rely heavily on volunteers, this puts extra emphasis on clear leadership and effectively motivating others.
The NonProfit Coaching Jumpstart provides you with the terminology, information, coaching tools and techniques to be an effective and confident NonProfit Coach.
The next NonProfit Coaching Jumpstart will be in Q3 of 2016.
